To help with the transition of HB on-site to HB manifesting in the studio, I had a special visitor!
I think it was as impactful for Rich to finally step inside my studio as it was for me to finally see the Oika Research vessel!

Another Rich visit and he gets to see a finished painting! The first time he came, I felt like his presence helped fill the studio with HB. This time, I felt like I was taking him into the forest itself! Of course the studio looks and smells nothing like HB, but the feeling surprised me because it revealed how much I had allowed my experience at HB to take root in the studio.
I drive by this creek every morning; it’s my little Hubbard Brook hit.
Studio sunrise does a nice job of it too. Because guess what? It’s the same sun.
